Historia Events has its registered office in Lisserbroek, is registered in the trade register of the Chamber of Commerce under 34351145 and bears the name Historia Events. Legal basis and purpose for the processing of personal data
The legal basis for the collection of personal data is important for the proper implementation of the agreement between you and Historia Events. This is because the data is needed to request available locations and without this personal data Historia Events will not be able to perform its services properly.
Types of personal data and storage period
The personal data will also be used to create a mailing list for the newsletters via online registration and to receive and process applications via the information request form on the website and applications received in any other way. In this collection of personal data by Historia Events, a distinction is made with regard to newsletters and requests via the information form on the website.
With regard to the newsletters, the first name, surname and e-mail address are requested. This data and the IP-address are recorded in its own database. Subscribers can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by means of a link at the bottom of the newsletteror by sending an e-mail to info@historiaevents.nl. E-mails about registrations and deregistrations are stored by Historia Events in its own system (Outlook folder).
With regard to the requests via the information request form Historia Events requires the first name, last name and e-mail address of the applicant. Company name, address and telephone numberare not obligatory. This data, including the IP address, is also recorded in the own database. If Historia Events contacts the locations requested for their availability and/or a request for quotation on your behalf, Historia Events will only provide the applicant's details to the locationconcerned with the applicant's consent (via e-mail).
The personal data will be stored for a period of 7 years.
