This is because the data is needed to request available locations and without this personal data Historia Events will not be able to perform its services properly.
Types of personal data and storage period
The personal data will also be used to create a mailing list for the newsletters via online registration and to receive and process applications via the information request form on the website and applications received in any other way. E-mails about registrations and deregistrations are stored by Historia Events in its own system (Outlook folder).
With regard to the requests via the information request form Historia Events requires the first name, last name and e-mail address of the applicant. Company name, address and telephone numberare not obligatory. This data, including the IP address, is also recorded in the own database. If Historia Events contacts the locations requested for their availability and/or a request for quotation on your behalf, Historia Events will only provide the applicant's details to the locationconcerned with the applicant's consent (via e-mail).
The personal data will be stored for a period of 7 years.
